PDQ are proud to launch Matris fork cartridge kits into the UK, as fitted to the 2005 European Supersport 600 Championship winning bike. Matris 25mm fork cartridge kits were used to great effect by 4 out of the top 5 riders in the 2005 Championship results. The Matris Cartridge Kit is a complete 'drop in' kit that replaces the stock fork springs and cartridge assemblies with high specification, race proven fork internals. All parts are machined from 7075 aluminium, which is heat treated and anodised. Preload adjusters (where applicable) have integral axial bearings, enabling adjustments to be made by hand. Damping is velocity sensitive and the units have top out springs and an additional 16mm piston to provide hydraulic bottom out resistance. A new compression needle adjuster is often also included in the Series 'R' kits.

of the range 25mm F05 ‘R’ Kits - From £818 inc VAT
(As used in World Supersport) These are complete 25mm fork cartridge kits that
replace the OE fork internals. All internal and external components are machined
from 7075 aluminium and surface treated with a hard coating. They feature a
12mm piston rod and a seperate 16mm hydraulic bottom out piston (housed within
the cartridge) adjusted by it’s own dedicated piston with ‘speed sensitive’
progressive curve. Top out springs are also included. Adjustments: The fork
springs are mounted on roller bearings so preload can be adjusted easily by
hand using red adjuster on the fork top. Rebound adjustment with specific clicks.
Compression adjustment with specific clicks (complete new valve to replace original
supplied in the kit on certain models). The 25mm fork cartridge kits are supplied
with bottle of fork fluid specifically developed for use with the kit.

20mm Fork Cartridge Kits - From £636 inc VAT
The ‘S’ kits feature a 20mm fork cartridge cylinder, also machined
from 7075 aluminium and with hard surface treatment. Dedicated springs supplied
for each model. Adjustments: Spring preload with specific clicks, rebound with
specific clicks and compression with specific clicks (complete valve replacement
if applicable on the stock bike). The ‘S’ fork cartridge kits are
also supplied with specifically developed fork fluid.
F05 ‘SE’
Fork Cartridge Kits - From £363 inc VAT
The ‘SE’ kits feature a complete fork cap that replaces the original
with spring preload adjustment. Designed specifically for naked bikes. Fork
springs are also supplied. Pre-assembled complete piston with dedicated shim
pack for compression and rebound adjustment. These kits do not normally require
any modifications to the original forks. All internal and external components
are machined from 7075 aluminium and surface treated with a hard coating. The
‘SE’ fork cartridge kits are supplied with specifically developed
fork fluid.

‘K’ Kits - Fork Spring Kits - From £166 inc VAT
There are several different specification of K kits, depending on the model.
Some contain new compression & rebound valve sets and fork fluid in addition
to the new fork preload adjusters, springs & spacers. Please call for specific
model details.
